The Leadership Circle Profile (TLC) is a 360° feedback instrument and is the first of its kind to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the deep motivations and underlying habits of thought.
It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behavior. Ultimately, TLC goes to the source of behavior to get greater leverage on change. Specifically, this assessment measures two primary leadership domains:

Reactive Tendencies
Reveals elements and provides into a leader's operating system, like:
- The internal assumptions and thought patterns (beliefs) that influence behavior in both domains
- How one’s inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership
- The inner awareness that affects outward behavior
